Cool

Very nice principle, with some nice physics. I think it needs some colour or sound though, as it's a bit dull at the moment.

Cool

Here's my basic defense feature:

*Cover yourself with tiny orbs, so you have orbs all over your shield
*Reverse the shield, scattering the orbs everywhere
*The tiny orbs will fly in every direction, giving you a 360-degree attack radius. Almost every large orb will be obliterated, giving you a HUGE multiple hit bonus.

It's a good tactic, and it works everytime.

This is a good game ^^

Wow

This is one of the most stunning, highly-addictive games I've ever played. Reminded me somewhat of Gem Tower Defence (it's not on NG BTW) It had me playing and playing until I lost to the first Epic Boss. Then I got defeated, quit and ended up writing this review.

Some ideas...

1. Different enemies
2. Different scenery items (trees, for a start)
3. Smaller terrain blocks (like, 40x40 or something) and different types of terrain blocks.
4. The ability to change the size of the brush (so when you draw terrain it doesn't come out really big)
5. A 'level code', so you can save your levels or share them with friends (that would be cool)
6. It still lagged when I made a large level, and I didn't see any 'flashy effects'.
7. Tone down the gun's power. Right now it can shoot through multiple enemies, which makes it kinda overpowered.
8. Scenery backgrounds (like forest, lake, mountain, etc.)

That's a lot of things to improve on. As it is, it's pretty good. With these improvements, it would be brilliant. Keep it up.

I've had some trouble, I lost the latest version but I've made some backups so it should be up and ready again soon.
Thanks for the ideas! There was a problem that the guns shoot through the walls and ground. I am glad to say now that this has been fixed and will be in the new version (coming soon). I'll try to do all those!

I noticed something!

The letter at the beginning is dated 'June 23rd'. This is Sonic the Hedgehog's birthday!

The game was cool, although different game modes would have been awesome (most cash in one launch, most distance in one launch, most coins collected in one launch etc.) Maybe challenges as well, like collecting a certain amount of coins in a certain amount of time.

Wow, I didn't even know! What a coincidence.

Few problems...

First, it was really easy to click an arrow you didn't want to click (hats, tails, boosters etc.) and then you have to cycle through all of them to get it off, or delete the robot altogether.

Second, to paint the mecha different colours woukd be way cool.

Third, some guns would be nice (y'know, double-barrelled giant laser blasters or something), instead of just fancy swords.

Third, I know you said you don't have programming ability, but a game where you go head-to-head online against other people's mechas would be way cool. You could get someone else to program it for you, and then you just do the graphics. That would be awesome.

As it is, it's pretty good.

Wow...

That was stunning, both in graphics and in sound.

Only problem I have, I dunno if it's just me, on one level on Module 2 it showed a time bar saying '1.6' at the top. I could only get the first token in these 1.6 seconds before it said 'Time exceeded' and sent me back to the beginning. I dunno what I'm supposed to do, whether or not there's an error, if it's supposed to be like that, or if you only have a certain amount of time to complete each Module...

Never mind. You can't take that away from this stunning game. 10/10.

Nice idea

But for me, it just didn't have enough stuff. If you were going to add all this new stuff, why didn't you add it before you submitted it?

I have a few extra suggestions as well-

*Hats and Gloves
*Front and rear views as well as side views

Nice music though ^^. Improve and you'll get extra marks.

Brilliant

Sheer brilliance. Really simple to play and a great concept. Well done.

I'm a guy with way too many ideas and not enough time. In my spare time I develop indie games and occasionally write things.
