Hey there. I'm not a fan, but I damn well do agree with you. To be honest, a lot of us just love to express our opinions, yet the serious problem with expressing opinions is when you got some that appeal to others at a very low level. You know what we call you? It's being human, and, by damn, people hate humans who are being humans. Feel free to be frustrated, mate, because you've clearly shown that you need to do this - right now.

What you described here is typical fan behavior, and the customs of fans aren't exactly going to change within the course of years. Not on Newgrounds, or anywhere else. If you want to be popular, then that's just something you've got to deal with I guess. Sounds like a tough break man. The facebook ordeal and all...

What you need is a cannon that shoots rifles that are on fire. That'll definitely help with immature fans.

a Gatling gun that fires guns which in turn fire tiny Molotov cocktails.

Are you more angry about the person who sent a death threat to your sister than anything? Because that is really alarming and it would make since if you hated it here because of that. Newgrounds is cool because you get a lot of views and comments quickly. I'm sorry they said that to your sister, and a few years ago i might have made comments like that to them too. I actually do have slight autism, so maybe thats why I made comments like that. Anyway we are nearly the same age and are in similar situations right now in terms of schooling. I'm looking forward to what you make, mister.

Hello there,I'm sorry to hear that what you and unfortunately, your sister had to go through, even in a place you'd spent your teenage years in.Even in the Internet,no one is REALLY safe from the words and thoughts people would use in real life.About not getting the reviews you need, your frustration is understandable as all artists need useful advice for improvements. You have to understand that while a number of viewers do write down useful reviews, others write down their first thoughts of your work-personal comments, random stuff and the occasional trolling, hurtful remarks.Yes,it's tiring to read the same stuff like the phrase 'I Like/Love this' comments without any reasons(like you wrote above) endless of times but while such comments do not help you at all, they're still not useless. Why?You should see this as little forms of encouragements that you should continue doing what you love and they are,way more pleasant to read than those trolling, hurtful ones. You know, instead of just stopping your replies to these reviews, you could send them a private message, asking them how you can really improve and for those hurtful comments, tell them how you feel and also to stop their insults. If this does not work(no replies or if it's too much trouble),you could bring it up where someone would see it most of the time,I don't really know where,(forums maybe?)There, you can 'invite' people(animators, artists, audiomakers) to review your works and ask them for advice and you can check them out too, that way, you'll learn from their works, even if they do not leave any reviews on yours. If anything does not work out for you AT ALL,I suggest that you take a break from this site and if possible, the Internet for as long as you like, until you're ready to try again. It's painful to see another talented artist just fade away from here(I know because I lost a Newgrounder whom I was close to)you would hurt the fans who are really there for you(though they may not give the advice you need),but you ARE one of the reasons that they're here.Well, this is all I have to say on my part as someone who hasn't done much here,as compared to what you have done and you should have more reason to stay, but it's really up to you, sir.Farewell and take care. And if you need anything, feel free to message.
(Here's another talented artist whose works are still here without him:http://mikeandtreyvideo.newgrounds.com/)

Just finished reading every word. i understand how stressful school (and people in general) can sometimes be, and i get death threats to (from my five year old sister on an almost daily basis). a piece of advice, make a simple sentence, and then replace all the words with lots of fancy and complex words, send it to the jerkwad.

i was about 6 when i found MSC1, and i thought it was the best game ever. then i found you had released MSC2 &3 and i was so happy when MSC4 was released just a week later. but now, even with MSC5 i still wonder if you are working on MSC6 (no pressure just curious) it seems tha, while you have grown up, you have grown apart from your fans and grown away from NG. you have the potential to make awesome games in your spare time and by the looks of things all you do in your spare time is bitch about little kids sending death threats, rather than try to connect with your fans and prove you haven't given up on them. it has been almost 2 years since MSC5 was released and you have just grown more and more apart from your fans. i have grown up. and so have you. but that doesn't mean you have to be a bitch.

i remember that in 2013 you stated you were going to the university and you were still going to work on MSC6. has been a year since then. until you decide weather or not your fans matter anymore i am just going to un-fan. farewell

it's been fun
